RESIDENT OCCUPANT CHANGES
The office must be notified if anyone will be be moving into your home. They must complete a Rental Application including a criminal background check. Anyone not approved to live in the park will be considered a trespasser and may be removed.
RENT AND FEES REMINDERS
- Rent is due by 5th
- Late fee is 5% of rent
- Water is billed quarterly in March, June, September, and December
RULES CONCERNING PETS
Harford County requires that all pets must be leashed at all times. No pet may run loose or be tied outside at any time. Any animal found running free will be considered a stray and will be turned over to Harford County Animal Control officers. The County requires all dogs be licensed, and also requires all pet feces be cleaned up immediately. For a complete listing of rules, refer to Appendix C in your lease.
